OWNER’S PROFILE
Robert Lee Davis Jr. founded Paradigm Business Systems, LLC in July of 1999 after repeated requests to build databases and computer systems for various non-profit organizations and local small businesses.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Robert Davis attended Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems (CIS) and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Since 1994, Robert has been designing, developing, and implementing computer systems and database applications for fortune 500 companies in various industries throughout the country and abroad. Some of these companies include, EDS, General Motors, Ford Motor Credit Company, Roadway Express, The Home Depot, Wilber Smith Associates, AutoTrader.com, The Boston Consulting Group, and GE Energy.
Robert’s mission is to position Paradigm Business Systems as the preferred provider of Business Intelligence Solutions for companies and organizations in both the public and private sectors. His philosophy for success is to engage consultants and partners that have industry experience, integrity, and a mind for innovation. Robert also believes that the longevity of PBS IT Services depends on its ability to identify, engage, and develop the next generation of exceptional talent in the IT industry. Robert’s vision for the company is that PBS will not only be the preferred IT Service Provider but that we will be considered Strategic IT Partners for Small, Medium, and Large Companies and Organizations throughout the world.
